Scientific Advisory Committee meeting of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Samrala was held on 27.11.2019. Dr. D.S. Bhatti, Additional Director, Extension Education, PAU, Ludhiana chaired the meeting. Dr. P.P.S. Pannu, Additional Director Research, PAU, Ludhiana and Sh. Parveen Bhatia, DGM, NABARD were the guests of honour. During this meeting, representatives of different departments (agriculture, horticulture, soil and water conservation, fisheries, forest department, animal husbandry, Lead Bank, CDPO office Samrala etc.) participated in the meeting and gave their valuable suggestions. Dr. S. C. Sharma, Associate Director welcomed the guests. The meeting started with confirmation of proceedings of last SAC meeting and thereafter presentation on Action Taken Report, progress report of 2018-19 and highlighting different KVK activities for the year 2018-19.
